I’m confident that commuting by bus/bike/walking a car is better for your physical/mental health than driving, but only cos it gives you time to read top notch threads like this while you eat a croissant.

Maybe less so on a bike, now I think about it.

And also busy buses are rubbish. idk, I’m feeling less confident now.
