I’m working until Christmas eve, could takes day off if I wanted though but I don’t normally work that late so I don’t mind.
Everyone else in work seems to be treating today like it is christmas eve though so I guess they’re all off next week.

christmas is shorter than it used to be I reckon. obvs this year is an odd case but i think it was becoming a trend already. I remember my first few years of work, pre-2008, virtually everyone had 2 weeks off, and a lot of people, like a lot, had 3 weeks off, especially if the bank holidays fell nicely for it.
