How does this work? Always wondered.
you just type in the number that corresponds to the letter
so T= 8
but U and V also equal 8 so there are obviously limitations
Anyway, this is just something that it might be interesting to consider. Don’t worry if you’re not interested though, I’m sure there will be a thread that captures your imagination soon!

I remember when you didn’t need to use area codes for local calls, and depending on how many numbers were on the exchange you could have four or even three digit numbers. I lived in a four digit area but I know people who just had three.
