Can’t be sure that this thread is inspiring people but

made a spinach omelette for lunch and fancied a little bit of cheese to sprinkle on top and grill, but no cheddar or anything so used parmesan instead which worked surprisingly well. Google suggests parmesan on an omelette is legit so that’s good.

I saw someone do this as a life hack on a tv show I think
