got them done now. tied a bit of string to the end of the old cable when I was taking it out (which almost worked except the knot wouldn’t pass through the last eyelet at the top lol). so in between the chainstays was fine, had to fuck about a bit feeding it through the downtube though. got there in the end

ie you leave the string hanging through your frame, then you use the string to pull the new cable back through

Tbf, I’m useless with normal cables, so i don’t even know where I’d begin with internal routing. The only reason I’d get wireless isn’t for performance, it’s the low maintenence and lack of cables I like

big style. I’m hoping sram do a force-level version of their wireless system at some point. I’d be into it.

I’d even go for the wired Di2 if it was at 105 / ultegra. It’d be a pisser fitting it but I suppose you only have to do it once.

yesterday lunch I some bib longs to a local alterations shop to see if they could replace the ankle zip (they could). She turned them inside out to look and it could be my imagination but I swear there was a faded poo stripe on the chamois.

I may not bother picking them up.

My manager was with me at the time as well as we were on our way to get sandwiches.

Has anybody been round the Lee Valley VeloPark? I’m getting annoyed that I can’t cycle after work because of the light but could get out to the Olympic Park for a scoot round the floodlit track before it closes at 9. @plasticniki, I’m looking at you.
