Set the new turbo up.

Stupid sport.

Might ask a mod to turn this into the Cribbage Thread 4.0 tbh

Hate turbo. So good at getting you fit but jesus it hurts :weary:

My upper legs are the worst for aching rn. Is that coz Iā€™m on a heaposhite? Didnā€™t seem to have this trouble on my gravel

I just canā€™t get the setup right. Loved my old one, hating this one already. Might just dump the spondoolies on a Kickr Bike tbh

Possibly. That or getting used to some distance again?

If your thighs hurt, saddleā€™s too high.

If your knees hurt, saddleā€™s too low.

If both hurt, saddleā€™s in the right place

Hahaha both hurt

And yeah could be altho I was only off the bike for two weeksā€¦

Yeah, itā€™s amazing what even a small period of inactivity can do to you

Boooo, I think my TICKR is on the way out. It connects to whatever device I want to use, but it keeps getting stuck for ages on random BPMs that have no relation whatsoever to the effort Iā€™m putting in. Changed the batteries but that didnā€™t help, either. Ordered a Garmin one off A****n that only cost Ā£18 after using an Xmas voucher.

I hear youā€™re a bike wanker now father

They seem to start acting up after several years use. How old is yours?

18 months or so. It came with the BOLT.

I think Wahoo stuff has a 2 year warranty. When my Bolt developed a fault they were very good at swapping it, might be worth a try!

oh, Iā€™ll look into that then. Thanks
