Watching The Americas with Simon Reeve, basically because I keep catching the end of it before Race Across the World. Never seen it before. I really like it. He’s great at showing an alternative view of things we think we know. The section about homelessness in LA was pretty shocking.

Watching Southland Tales since they put it up on the old Mubi list this week. It’s fucking awful. Irredeemably awful. Any single one of the people in this this thread could make a better film, for a lot less money.
