Veggie/vegan sausages included, obviously, not just meat types.

Farage looks really unwell. Spent all evening unable to get away from the weird shade of grey his face is.

If the tories win I at least hope he dies before brexit happens

I reckon that’s being over-generous, tbh.

We don’t know how this GE will pan out.

Scotland’s MP count wasn’t decisive in 2017 or 2015.

2010: ok, Cons were deprived of a majority that they might otherwise have got if, in miracle-land, they’d managed more than just 1 MP in Scotland and won half of them. Whatevs, they still ran the Gov.

Gotta go back to '74 for a proper example, where Scottish MPs made a required contribution to Wilson’s narrow win.

I know Tories going to Tory, but just talking in a debate about how he wants to remove basic human rights from the travelling community with zero planning as to where they’d go. How is this mainstream politics?!

Enjoying Rayner on this. Taking no shit from anyone.

She’s great at tripping up Tories who are used to Oxford Union rules of debating being observed by just shoving it back in their face.

125k homeless children a cheap political point, is it

they really do not accept any responsibility or consequences for their actions do they? Talking like the situation is a terrible tragedy due to an act of god or something

I liked the presenter needling him on whether he’d take any responsibility for Brexit and he said ‘no’ quietly thinking no one would notice

And when he said that he wasn’t going to apologise for his wife having a good job so they could buy nice houses :sweat_smile::joy: cos the only reason people aren’t homeowners is because they’re lazy out of work fuckers :joy::joy::sweat_smile:

Go on, you’ve done the dishes. Why don’t you sit down and watch a bit of youtube as a reward?

FUUUUUUUU

I could never be in an audience for something like this even, I’d just be screaming expletives the entire time

I just mean it’s been a massive factor innit. 2015 with the fear of salmond in England boosting the tories. Those 13 Scottish seats in 2017 giving the tories their decisive advantage. No not decisive if you remove Scotland from the equation, but decisive if the results on Scotland are different from what they turn out to be.

Anyway, just thought this was a largely accurate take on how/why corbynism has been slow to get going in Scotland.

Pretttty sure the Scottish MPs have had quite a decisive effect on the events in Parliament the past 3 years
