Decent family game for Christmas day?

What games would be really good fun to play on Christmas day for family that consist of older folk, normal aged folk and kids (8-11)? If you can keep the kids happy then everyone’s happy right? Right.

i think this seems fun

isnt there a taskmaster book with suitable tasks to be set… never played it but could be alright.

Guess Who but you’re not allowed to use any physical descriptions, just savage character judgements

Monopoly is always good for a bitter, savage row that’ll mean everyone gets some much-needed time to themselves.

Otherwise something like Drawful is probably what you’re after.

Love this game, but it’s the kind of thing that might take 3 hours for everyone to get their heads round. Especially if you’ve been drinking all day.

A nice game of Hide And Keep Hiding

You don’t need to buy the game, just get everyone to write a handful of names on some paper and chuck them in a bowl.

The progression from using as many words as you like, to using just one word, is just fantastic. Doesn’t make sense how fun it is.
