Just wanted to give Palms a little love. Chino’s album with a few members of ISIS (not that one). I absolutely adore this album, especially ‘Mission Sunset’, which is just ridiculously epic.

My SE clear vinyl arrived today. Had two copies of the zine with it for some reason🧐
I’m the other way. I keep trying, but it just isn’t clicking. There are moments, but they are few and far between, and nothing like the moments on other albums. I feel a bit frustrated and disappointed that this isn’t doing it for me. But I just find myself getting bored.
That second half is just so ‘YES’ no idea how else to say it

I’m hooked on this too. Like you’ve said, the whole thing is great but once it gets to Error it’s on another level until the end. That quiet instrumental bit at the end of Pompeji launching into This Link Is Dead is so good.
