I need to drink more. Had my eyes tested again yesterday because my new glasses had been giving me headaches.
Apparently I should probably just drink more water and not assume the litres of coffee I drink do the same job.
I drink mostly:

The litres of coffee you drink will do the same job, unless you have a medical condition that means you need to drink more water, are on medication that dehydrates you, or sweat a lot.
The idea that you need to be drinking litres of extra water a day to stay healthy is absolute bum wee.
I read that coffee actually counts towards your two litres a day.
I keep a pint glass on my desk and fill that up with water to get my liquid consumption at the right levels. I’m drinking 2l a day, but I also end up pissing like a racehorse.

A lot of bollocks around about drinking buckets of water every day. Mostly spread by drinks companies
Narp.
Water is present in fruits and vegetables. It’s in juice, it’s in beer, it’s even in tea and coffee. Before anyone writes me to tell me that coffee is going to dehydrate you, research shows that’s not true either.
I drink quite a lot of water but I have a bladder like a fishing net tbh so I piss almost every thirty minutes sometimes. I’m a consistent 3 however.
My morning wee is probably in the 6-8 range.
It takes me all day to drink two litres of water to get to 3-4.
