Prefer the idea of being so dehydrated my skin is all loose and flapping around the place

Always hovering between a three and a five. Rare I’d get to a one.

On a 2 at the moment. Drank a pot of tea in bed last night before I went to sleep and had to get up twice in the night - it was dark but I reckon they were both a solid 1.

Get really thirsty on nights when I’m not on the booze. Finding myself having to substitute with that stuff that comes out of the tap.

Dunno what it is to be honest. It’s like some sort of liquid version of the things I put in my cocktail shaker.

Every hour isn’t that bad.

How many times a night are you getting up to pee?

  • Never get up to pee
  • Very rarely get up once
  • Always once
  • Between 2-4 times
  • 5 times a night might need to go see my GP about this (pls do!!)

I drink about 2 litres each day right and then if I go gym, I drink another like litre or 2. Then I’ll have a pint of herbal tea each night before bed and I wonder why do I keep having to get up to pee??

Depends. Drinky night and I’ll be in there probably three times in the first hour after I go to bed.

  • i keep track of exactly how much i drink
  • don’t write it down or that but could probably guess pretty accurately
  • fuck knows

I get myself a big jug and try and drink it in front of the tv.

All I know is that it’s not enough

You can get apps that log it but cant be fucked with doing that

(just FYI for those slagging off people who drink a lot of water/keep track of it, it’s an important self care/mental health thing to remember to stay hydrated to keep things functioning so to speak)
