Not happy about falafel and hummus getting dicked on, ya massive racists

I imagine the people who have to write these promotional things die a little inside with every new product. Reading the stuff on the back of beer cans is the worst though

I’m actually not that fussy tbh. Tend not to get frozen pizzas and pick something up from the fridges in Morrisons but most frozen pizzas are fine and will do the job. Tend to chuck some extra cheese on them though as most are pretty stingy.

yeah ideally they are good foods but if I was to eat them here in Northamptonshire it would seem a bit FBPE

I actually like about 90% of the foods in this thread, tbf

how about those airline peanuts

I’m envious really, must be nice to enjoy all sorts of food

Cheese spread kept in tubes. Primula and the like.

Knock yourself out if you want a tub of dairylea or some triangles, but there’s something uniquely depressing about seeing cheese kept in a squeezy tube.

A staple of my childhood - not had it for years, but could quite go for some primula squirted on a mini cheddar right now

to be clear thread is about foods we find depressing, they may well taste lovely but for a range of reasons they make us depressed

in this context hummus and falafel may well make people depressed if they trigger wider thoughts about the struggles and oppression of regions/cultures/people who created them

that’s my only serious post itt i’ll stop now
