The few WBs I’ve had I’ve liked, and yet I never think of them when I’m listing good breweries. I’ve stayed away from a lot of their more out there stuff though.
I really like some of their beers (Something Something Darkside is phenomenal), but I’ve had more dodgy bottles from Weird Beard than any other brewery. Puts me off buying their beer if there’s alternatives on offer.

The Beersel smells like an actual farmyard, but not very sour, great Belgian beer.
is Sur Mosaic great (i.e worth the premium price) ? Always hover over buying it in the beer shop but end up going for something else
Apparently I’ve had it twice. Yes, it is. Not very sour, good hop taste. As long as you like mosaic hops and sours, you’ll be fine.

The Kernel - Loral IPA. Not bad. @Witches was there so had to pretend I wasn’t that bothered.

I get paid on Friday and I’m planning to spend at least a couple of hours touring the beer shops of Glasgow.
Moving about 10 mins walk from Valhalla’s Could be bad.
It used to be on my drive home and it was easy to stop in. Now I’ve moved I find I’ll visit much less often but spend much more.
Apparently Craft Beer Co are opening another new pub in London. Any ITKs know where it’s going to be?
I don’t, but I was really surprised when they opened the last one in Limehouse. My boss who hangs out there a lot said the neighbourhood really didn’t seem suited to it.
They were supposed to be one of the launch venues for Boxpark in Croydon but that didn’t happen. I wonder if that’s on again.
Oh, did it not? I just assumed it had. Drive through Croydon quite often to visit mates, and keep meaning to make a diversion to stop off for a coffee at Mud and a beer at Craft…

No it fell through. There’s a small Cronx micropub But the big bar is a generic beer place. But I think that was only temporary until they sorted something,
Also if your going to stop off in Croydon go to Matthews Yard instead, it’s a great little space.

They’ve got a decent craft beer bit. They also put on gigs, theatre, cinema and bits and bobs. I’m not a fan of Boxpark.
