Yes, number one for me. Far safer bet than anything cask in a bad pub, and a little bit more interesting than a generic lager (IMO). I don’t mind a generic lager whatsoever though.

Having said that though, getting increasingly rare to find myself in those pubs these days, especially now West Ham have moved.

Uus Maailm San Diego IPA (Põhjala) is a really nice session IPA
and the imperial stout I talk about somewhere up there^
