Noa is so, so good. Love millionaire too

Greatest Noa in history, this. Better than the boy with his ark. According to Untappd there’s a bourbon-aged version as well, although I wonder how much that adds to the flavour. It’s already pretty warming.
Millionaire disappeared from my usual source for a while, which was scary. It’s one of the few sweeter stouts I’ve found that isn’t imperial strength. I’d like to find a few more that aren’t 9/10%-plus, tbh, if you’ve got any recommendations. Tonkoko milk stout is very drinkable as well.

And this one

Those are some can fine Christmas beers you’ve got there. Selassie is lovely as well. Really want to get some of those Pohjalas.

Cheers. The Pohjalas are soooo drinkable. Even the honey porter – which was the one I liked least of the three I got a while back – was lovely. Clapton Craft has got them in.

Parabellum Milk Stout - Gun Brewery (Brighton)
Hard Shake - Wiper and True
Milk Shake - Wiper and True
Neapolitan Milk Stout - Saugatuck
Carribbean Chocolate Cake - Siren
Creme Brulee - Dark Star

To name a few

Good to know! Which branch of Clapton Craft did you get them from?

Mid City Stout - Sadlers
Kitty Wilkinson - Liverpool Organic

I knew you’d come through with a list :grinning: Is that Creme Brulee the one plasticniki was on about? That sounds right up my street.
Wiper & True are great - Kris Wines has got the plum pudding back on sale, which pleased me no end.
Going to track down the Omnipollos. I have a feeling they’ll be rarer than shit from a rocking horse with those scores, but nothing ventured and that.

The one by Hackney Baths.

That Creme Brulee is the very same. Such a good beer. Love it. Had it kegged, cask and tinned and it’s great in every format. You can still pick up the bourbon Noa but it’s £10+.

I need to sort out a Brighton gig to visit The Evening Star, really.
Sounds like Noa’s going/gone the same way as the first batch of ice cream beers that Omnipollo did. I swear they’re £2/£3 more than I paid for them in the summer.

Those ice cream beers have gone up. I paid £8.50 a bottle for the Maple Truffle Waffle one (minus 20% for take out) and £7 (I think) for the raspberry and Blueberry Slab cake ones. Popular beers and they’ve not out those new ones out on general distro yet

Yes you do need to get to the evening star. My favourite pub in the south.

The Google Maps navigation alone makes me feel three sheets to the wind…

It’d likely be in the other branches as well, though. The stocks are pretty similar in the two branches I’ve been in (Walthamstow and Upper Clapton Road).
Edit: This was for you, @McGarnagle, obviously…

Cheers - I’m not far from the Walthamstow Branch so will try to call in there this week.

Yeah, Wiper and True are great. Love the packaging too - feels really premium and nice.

Picked up one of those “Fuller’s & Friends” boxes with collab beers from Cloudwater, Thornbridge, Moor, Marble, Hardknott and Fourpure. No idea what they’ll be like, but they look interesting enough.

I have a can of the Beavertown X - the can is lovely.

Nice! How did you get hold of those?

Have a lot of time for Fullers.
