That last question is not welcome in here.
I donāt generally buy/eat toast any more but if I do, I get a toasted bagel from Pod for Ā£1.99.
I have taken to getting TWO lunches though. Today I got a salad for Ā£5 and some hot gyoza for Ā£2.49.
Two lunches sounds tremendous but a five pound salad sounds oppressive.
@allDiSers
How long does it typically take you to read a novel?
Seems like I have to spend a month or so slowly working through it no matter how long it is. Just started my last book from Christmas, realised it was probably a slow pace. Not sure why.
I saw a van that said Lucion Services and I said I bet he doesā¦ to no one and than no one replied āthatās not how you spell Lucienā.
I do have a few slots left in Q2 for after dinner speaking if anyone is interested?
Hello Ruffers, it depends how long the novel is for me.
Lucien the Sky With Diamonds
not sure what I wanted to say with that.
How long would it take to get through a 200-pager (approx)?
It takes me about the same time as something double that fyi
I reckon Iād get through that in 5 days provided I was commuting as normal on each of the days.
Man that sounds efficient. Wish my attention span wasnāt completely shot.
I think Quicksilver took me the estimated 12 weeks more or less - estimated based on my Kobo telling me how much time was left after a day or so and extrapolating.
It takes me longer than most people. Iām not a fast reader and I get little time to read so yeah, a month sounds about right.
a taxi driver comes round to the flat to correct your rent? In cash?
Itās a nice salad and definitely not the most expensive salad I usually buy!
Nowadays the only chance I get to read now is when I go to bed (well I do have a slot earlier in the evening I suppose but I have been watching Narcos) but sometimes I am too tired, sometimes I indulge in intercourse, sometimes I am too stoned. In conclusion one book one month.
You need to turn your auto-collect off
Woah, whatāre we talking for most expensive? I know convenience is the key here but in terms of price compared to value of constituent parts of the salad, Ā£5 sounds like theft!
I think my most expensive one usually costs me about Ā£6.45? Thatās at a place you pick your own ingredients.
Is one of the ingredients toast?
Youāre my kind of guy, Balonz.
