Once you can make a hot sauce you can make any hot sauce really. My only talent is knowing where I can buy a wide variety of chillis and a decent knack for a pun name.

Though my mate made a mango based one called Mango Reinhardt and I’ll never be able to top that.

Also, can I get a volunteer to help me at a later point with some picture editing stuff? When we have the prizes finalised I want to put them all together pictorially to be a sort of virtual prize table to see what is on offer, and then when I do the draw I can cross things off as they are taken.
