Dunno man, I agree it’s more convenient for some things like being able to go places with it, but it’s less convenient for doing some bits of work (not necessarily creative things but basically anything that requires more than a little bit of information, or a lot of typing, etc). Even for watching things a lot of laptops aren’t really up to scratch and a tv on top of the price might put it near a desktop price. A good mac book can be anything up to a grand, you could get a hell of a desktop for the same price. I’ve got no such luck and have had a string of terrible £150-200 absolute tin cans.
