Your left eye is slightly oval rather than completely round, and the prescription is pretty weak -0.25 is more or less the minimum level I think?

The Aided VA values are saying you can read from 6m away what most people can read from 5m away when wearing your glasses.

Yes. I realised I needed glasses in secondary school when I had to keep sitting closer and closer to the front of the class in order to be able to read what was on the whiteboard.
