just remembered that I ‘met’ Daniel Kaluuya in Cannes… by which I mean someone I’d just met said ‘this is Daniel’ to me and I shook the hand of the drunkest man I think I have ever seen. Later on I bumped into one of his pals - also a famous - wandering around on the Corniche at 4am not able to remember the name of their hotel or where it was located because also absolutely steaming blasted. Through a game of 20 questions and some googling we (me & a Finnsh First AD) managed to solve the riddle and walked them back to their hotel, safe and sound
