Finally found a picture I liked for my circle, goodbye little yellow background F, you served me well.
It is, from a picture book I got from the library called The Memory Tree which is by Brita Teckentrup. She is my favourite illustrator right now. Almost went with this pattern from the book for my picture but it didn’t look good in a cirlce:
That’s a lovely pattern. I prefer it to the bear.
It just didn’t sit quite right in a circle when I tried it despite various different attempts, also sad bear is more representative of me I feel.
Brilliant pattern though, would love it as wallpaper.
The bear’s nice, but irks me for two reasons: there’s not enough contrast between the off-white background and the off-white nose, and the outline extent of the off-white nose runs into the neckline.
