ah, thanks @TVDenimChap . This was a lot of fun to put together - easy because it was such a great year for music, but there were also lots of happy memories all those tune brought back. I remember being out clubbing one night and hearing an instrumental version of the Kenickie remix, but because I was out at a club not linking it at all with an indie band. And hearing the Cornershop Fatboy Slim remix the same night and going out the next day and buying the cd single, only to find that his remix wasn’t on there - that didn’t come out until the re-release a few weeks later.
I actually wanted to close the show with this, but Ableton couldn’t cope with generating a file of that length, and since it would be the least known of the tracks in the show I decided to chop it, but take a listen - it’s utterly beautiful
