Mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, bacon, avocado, pine nuts, gran Padano and balsamic glaze - pretty awesome

prefer more simple salads though. nice mix of leaves, cherry tomatoes, maybe some spring onion - not much else needed.

Warm chicken bacon and avocado is a good un though.

I remember when I first tried balsamic vinegar. Must have been around 2002. Game changer. Ate loads of salad after that.

sure, but you must have a preference for one over others / a standard go to / one you have the most?

I make my own vinaigrette, but a lot of the time I can’t be bothered so when I run out I revert to Oil and Balsamic, which is pretty much as delicious and what I’ll have if I’m out somewhere.
