I got cursed once, in a square in Madrid. I don’t understand much Spanish, but I did get the word “mort” at the end of what was being said. This must have been nearly twenty years ago though, and I’m not dead yet… Although I guess I will be one day, as all of us will

i don’t believe in curses, but i do believe you make your own luck :thinking: feels like there’s a contradiction in there somewhere

There is a family story about my great grandmother who was a midwife in a Romani community and placed a curse on someone who crossed her. I won’t tell the whole story here because it has horribly ableist connotations but no, I don’t believe in curses.
