I’m the opposite! (Love tomato soup, don’t like tomatoes)
You don’t have to do this for the dish to work
Do you feel okay calling it a ‘dish’
I’d normally think ‘dish’ is reserved for posh meals
Not things like this, or Funkhouser regurgitating crisps
Maybe this is a thing.
Also, Cheds:
They look nice
I call it a dish to appear fancy. I don’t think I’d refer to it as a dish if I were, for example, the head chef at Le Gavroche.
You’re a dish
Oh you
Do you think it makes you appear fancy? If you hadn’t called it a dish I’m not sure I’d have noticed how unclassy it is
I think it makes me appear fancier than if I had used a different word (for example “meal”)
Quite a lot of the time I get tattie scones and dip them in Heinz Spaghetti and Sausage, sometimes I even wrap one of the mini sausages up in a tattie scone and scoop some of the juice onto it
Is this a dish?
As a child I liked to crumble a big mini cheddar (cheddar) into Heinz tomato soup. Very comforting
It certainly is!
Thank you for sharing. It’s a post laced with nostalgia and longing.
Just one?
Please don’t Ant
Why?
If Ant and Dec were called ‘Ant and Ched’ I don’t think they’d be nearly as popular
Very accurate reading - this very weekend I wished I had this particular dish
Can we get this to 1000 posts
