To be fair, two of us started around the same time (18 months ago) and two others started later (eight months ago). Six others in this (growing) department were here before me.
So at least four of us are on the same salary as we started in the same role in the same financial year with (notionally) a similar level of experience.
At the beginning of this year I received a one off bonus in my monthly pay and was told it was because I was way above everyone in terms of productivity and accuracy (300% better than the worst person, who’s now gone to another department, but still way ahead of everyone else - even with DiS to distract me).
Therefore, I think I deserve a bigger percentage raise when the next financial year’s increases come into effect.
That’d be fair, right?
