  • 21-30
  • 31-40
  • 41-50
  • 51-75
  • 76-100
  • 101-200
  • 201-300
  • 301-400
  • 401-500
  • 501-999
  • 1000-1999
  • .> 2000

In this situation I think you should add them, which would yield an odd number.

People living in numbered flats should properly treat their flat as a fraction, ie flat 4 of 5 at number 7 should be 7.8, to allow correct summation over streets. So choose “Other” there.

Those with letters and numbers, please convert to base 36 and then report accordingly.
