Peel some of the skin off and then chop it up as small as I can. I hate doing this.

I really hate zest, it is too bitter. The juice is enough imo

Yes and I grated my own thumb with it the other day (quite deep, went all the way down through the layers and that)
As a consequence I can say that it’s a very good, sharp grater.
