It’s funny, but also gross.

In the home, sure, laugh it up. But if some stranger sprays a bodacious stank in a train carriage or something - I find that pretty grim.

With us, I don’t think that’s it’s got anything to do with hangups or lack of boundaries, but it’s just that making someone else smell your farts is pretty unpleasant, and so we don’t actively make the other person do that - whether it’s my girlfriend or whether it’s anyone else.

It’s usually pretty easy to just walk into another room or something.

No, never deliberately. No big point about presenting an ideal version of yourself - it just grosses me out and for whatever reason I wouldn’t feel comfortable.

Prefer it if she doesn’t in front of me in the same way as I wouldn’t want either of us to dump in sight of each other.
