Hope Willow recovers really quickly.
I know it’s traumatic but they bounce back so much quicker than the cone can come off!

Check up today and everything is looking good - she’s back next Tuesday for another check up

My mum and my partner came over to see her and she got so excited she’s popped her stitches 
Nooooo I hope she’s ok and that it’s a quick fix
It’s infected despite the antibiotics so they don’t want to stitch it back up at the moment. Have had to get a crate to put her in which she’s finding really upsetting. Breaking my heart 
A bit of (hopefully minor) surgery today along with the stitches. Please keep everything crossed that it’s going to work this time.

She turns four on Monday

Went to pick her up but although they got her stitched back up there’s some complications because of how much necrotic tissue has had to be cut away, so it was bleeding and oozing quite heavily. We had a chat and decided it would be best to keep her in over night to see if it starts to heal properly.
This is such a nightmare. She never shows pain normally and the agony when the nurse tried to gently dab a cloth against it was heartbreaking.
She’s my baby girl. I need her to be OK.

I can’t even imagine what you must be going through but I know they’ll be doing everything they can for your baby x
