why is his head missed off in all the pics?
This is such a lovely photo
Cheers. Dog was happy
Looking after Hal and Isla today, and something has got them really, really scared. Terrified, in fact. Cowering under the table! It must be terrible. It could only be something monstrous
Excuse the washing in the background. Check out the paws on this one though. They’re like a Polar Bear’s.
Have been saving this thread for when I need a pick me up and it’s done just the job. Have given out 30+ likes in one sitting
Gaaaaaah there are so many amazing doggos at an Essex shelter, but my parents don’t like any of them
We’re gonna go next week and hopefully they’ll feel differently in person. This is one of my all time dream dogs!
Just a note to all those looking at this thread considering owning a dog of your own; its’s the best decision I have made in years. All the slight negatives (being tied down more, having to put time aside daily for walking/training) are massively offset by having a friend who is super-excited to see you every time you come home. My life satisfaction has increased greatly
The three stages of dog ownership:
- dog getting wet
- dog getting washed
- dog drying
Edited to reflect this cycle
Applied for loads of rescue dogs, but because we don’t already have a dog we don’t appear to be getting a look in it’s becoming quite disheartening. Doesn’t help that my mum is fussy.
Really? This surprises me! Why do you think that is? Is it because of experience or so that the new dog won’t be lonely? I’m sorry to hear this though, I can imagine it must be frustrating I hope you get a dog soon!! xx
That’s odd, we’re struggling to find a second rescue dog because so many of them can’t live with other dogs!
Also, get this one
oh my goodness
