@Wileycat has good advice here. We binned off the pads early because Molly a) wasnโ€™t using them very effectively and b) enjoyed eating them. Outside training is good if you can do it.

We also got Molly a set of bells on a ribbon which we hung from the back door. When she started to get the toilet training and going outside we held her paw and knocked the bells. Now, when she wants to go outside, she nuzzles the bells and we come and let her out.

Was woken up this morning to the sound of the local dog patrol, about 10 strong, having a social in the street. The pack leader seemed to have quite a bit of boxer to them, thre rest were, for the most part beautiful mongrels. I want to invite them all to visit us back home but i think they prefer it here, tbh

Roxy looking at ducks.

At my mamโ€™s and Bramble has found his comfy spot in her salon.

#1087

Love that you can see the tail going!

#1088

Can u not

First of many carrots

Smokey"s gone deaf :frowning:

#1091

Liking for the picture, not, you knowโ€ฆ :frowning:

#1092

Just caught Bramble eating a poo. Dirty sod. Why do they do it?!

#1093

Mine thankfully only ever goes for the sheep kind and even then itโ€™s pretty rare. Doesnโ€™t roll in smelly things either.

On the other hand, he did eat my tea tonight after I spent the best part of an hour cooking it, soโ€ฆ

#1094

Ooft, this is worse than the pooโ€ฆ

What was it?

#1095

Lamb crumble. Left it on the side to cool for a few minutes and thought I had shut the kitchen door. Two minutes later hear a crash downstairs :weary:

He is being very challenging in general at the moment, coming off a few months of generally good behaviour. Have had to shut myself in a bedroom a few times in recent days because he wonโ€™t leave me alone and gets snappy if I wonโ€™t do what he wants.

#1096

That sounds rough - hopefully itโ€™s just a phase?

#1097

Hopefully. Still love him to bits of course. Especially right now with him being quiet and keeping me warm

#1098

He needs grooming so badly but he snapped at the groomer last time so Iโ€™m really nervous about it.

At the beach

she didnโ€™t like what she saw in the selfie screen

Iโ€™m not doing very well with training her. She still doesnโ€™t respond to her own name and sits on command aboutโ€ฆ 15% of the time. But my god sheโ€™s so great and I love having a little mate in the house :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::sob:

I think we overdid it with her name to begin with so she just started to tune it out. She used to dinghy us quite a lot but she massively improved over time.

Used to be pretty decent off the leash but I always felt on edge when she was. Then she discovered the joy of water and had no fear of jumping in fast flowing rivers and sheโ€™s only wee so I had to give that a swerve.

#1102

Youโ€™ve only just got her, I wouldnโ€™t worry too much about it
