Lots of allergies are connected to the health of your gut microbiome. There’s no short term fix for this, but longer term I’d consider looking into this.

I’ve said this before but I get allergic responses to posh rums. Apparently it’s related to hay-fever and the grass pollen used in some of the distilleries.

every time they ask oh what happens if you take it? and i say i’ve only had penicillin once and went into anaphylaxis, and they go oh definitely not that then eh. like, fuck no, thanks

The centralised notes system should mean you shouldn’t have to tell people that stuff but it’s obviously not working…

yeah you’d expect so wouldn’t you, but then you’d expect government to find the nhs properly so they can make sure that stuff like this works, so

To make matters worse, I’m currently on medication for another, unrelated, issue. Medication that causes dry skin as a side effect. My hands look like they belong to a 120 year old.
