Creating a driving playlist this morning:

I suggest that the thread is shutdown if anyone mentions Chris Rea.

Unsure what the criteria is here, so Iā€™m just going to go with songs that feel appropriate to listen to while driving, as opposed to songs that have the word ā€˜driveā€™ and all its various forms in the title.

I first heard this when I was 17, and although I wasnā€™t learning to drive at the time, I instantly thought ā€œthis would be a perfect driving songā€. It was another 14 years before I got to actually test the theory - I was right - and sometime around then, I finally saw its official video. I was even righter than I thought, because the video is (in part) a first person POV of somebody driving :slight_smile:

Dunno about any song suggestions but if youā€™re making a playlist you should call it ā€™Fucking Driving or what?ā€™ after the Silverfish EP of the same name

This is good driving music

Mind you, the Alan Braxe mix is better but I canā€™t find that on ytube
