So I went to the Korean showcase during Great Escape and this band really stood out to me. A really interesting mix of styles going from melodic guitars, to really quirky party songs with really sweet vocal hooks and bombastic arrangements. Apparently they’ve got quite the cult following in South Korea but checked Last.fm and none of my friends appear to have listened to them and as a lot of disers are on my friends list I thought I’d share the love.

It’s a delightfully eclectic album with a very interesting combonation of styles that stays strangely cohesive.

They were around when I lived in Korea (2000-06) but didn’t make a huge impression (I was busy digging into classic K-rock as a few DiS Mixtape club recipients will know). Sounds like they’ve developed nicely since then - thanks for the link.
