Had two nice work related things happen today, and also a shitty universal credit appointment to make sure I’m spending 30 hours a week job searching. Bit hard when i’m working 35 hours a week this week m9s.

Had a right fucking ordeal at the dentist getting the rest of my broken tooth removed (some of it’s still in there somewhere) so now I’m properly worn out. Chilli for tea and falling asleep around 9 I reckon.
I fucking love how Real Chefs just end up going fuck it 1 vegetable is nice, because it’s true.

It’s the obsession over the detail, yes it’s a raw onion and mayo sandwich, but he’s like oh it’s got to be round and no crust. Even the guy in the video is like fuck it use butter if you like, but the shape that’s the important thing.
I’ll happily watch a 20m video of an auld lad focusing on how turning a saucepan makes all the difference in softening a tomato.
