Honestly, itā€™s about eating everything in moderation Bam. Itā€™s so cliche but itā€™s true. A bit of excerise here and there, works wonders too. Donā€™t deprive yourself of treats otherwise youā€™ll only binge when you crave something :slight_smile:

Had a few halves of ruddy lovely ale at lunchtime. Read about half a copy of the Blizzard after leaving the olā€™ mobile at home. Had a belting Carribean takeaway. City won 0-3. Spent a right few quid at the bookies and still feel like death, mind.

4-4 overall today, but iā€™ll take that.
