Different things on different days
For lunch I eat lunch 2
So I could have like a quinoa sort of salad thing for breakfast, a soup or something for lunch, then a smoothie for dinner.
Currently I’m not doing this and am eating traditional meals at traditional times but when I"m trying to be healthy and lose weight I’ve found eating the other way round really helps me (And I finish all of those meals by 3pm and don’t eat after that time)
