I’ve noticed that you can’t view the edit history on something anymore, was that an intentional change?

yup

I have removed the public view of the editing history of a post now. Only Mods and Admins can view the history. In general it seems like there’s not much need for anyone to see the history and in at least one recent case, the visibility of the history meant I had to delete a post because there was accidentally pasted private information still visible in the edit.

People seem to prefer deleted posts. If that’s how it is I guess we have the mods.
