Sat at Exeter services with a water and a massive tupperware of fruit (strawbs, rasps and grapes of the red and green kind). Half way there, feels like the weather is on the turn.

Every new email notification is bringing full dread.
Seems like a very specific kink.
Dentist appointment done, teeth moving back to where they were pre-teenage braces (about 25 years ago) and thereās now a gap between two of the bottom ones. Feeling pretty rubbish and hideous and old. Another appointment in a few weeks so gonna consider between now and then if adult braces is really something I want to pursue, apparently Invisalign or similar isnāt gonna work for me. Happy Monday!

Hello, feeling a bit autumnal with this rainy but warmish weatherā¦. Not really but it feels closer to autumn than summer, I suppose itās spring isnāt it. Talking total rubbish arenāt I.
Got my snuggly fleece on, think I might have scampi for dinner. Or dumplingsā¦
Need to do something nice this evening, other than the scampi dumplings. I will probably watch a film.
