I can’t work out if this means they built a tunnelling machine from scratch without being fully aware of its features.

Or that they ordered a tunnelling machine that took ages to arrive and then they just decided they were too clever to read the manual.

Apparently the tunneling machine is something they’ve designed from scratch, so there probably were issues with the prototype.

That said, apparently they’re saying this reduces the cost of tunneling to $10 million/mile, which is actually really impressive if true, and could make it much easier to build public transit tunnels.

THEN he’ll show that pedo.
