Genuinely don’t understand the issue with a defensive set up in the euros.
Portugal we’re filth last time, Greece didn’t cross the halfway line when they won it.

Just switching from attacking to defensive formations on a game by game basis doesn’t work and if that England defence and central midfield attacked against a good side they’d get absolutely smashed

great to be back at a major tournament. the first game fucked us and i’m Clarke must be lamenting his starting line up that day as it set the tone.

Really good performance against england and fair fucks the Croatians were just better, Modric is just world class.

Think we can take a lot of positives and it’s a good young squad we have to build on.
