Never said he just falls over. Winning fouls is about shielding the ball effectively enough to make an opponent over commit, which Kane and Grealish are both good at for different reasons.

He wears shinpads he has worn since a kid, some sort of superstition but the shinpads are like the smallest you can have them under the regulation sizes so his socks just cover those

Reckon we will start against Italy with the same one as we did against Germany. Might swap Saka out for Foden. Not sure that’s going to really work tbh and can’t see us being able to get a handle on midfield as we were pretty much outplayed in the centre of the park last night. Still, don’t expect Southgate to go full Pep and totally change the team so have to hope we can try and play around the back of them.
That Moratta goal should give some hope that players like Sterling could get some joy with a quick 1-2 through their aging defence…

Think the good thing about having Saka on the right is that his willingness to run in behind has allowed Kane to drop deeper and get on the ball more. Foden in for Mount though, certainly.
