Seems a bit odd to let an American state have a game but there we go. If Eurovision can have Australia I dont see why this cant be allowed either

In the last world cup qualifiers the Swedish pundits were up in arms at losing to Georgia but this lad totally skinned the Swedish defense multiple times
Can’t say I watched much of Napoli in their title winning season 22/23 but this lad was their star man in Serie A & the Gazprom
Now Napoli failed to get a CL spot for next season he wants away so he’s in the shop window
Reckon Arteta, Slot & Emery will all be watching
Bit of a weird one because Napoli are currently knocking back all offers for him although the usual suspects over here want him according to his agent.

I hope he has a good tournament but he’s been pretty anonymous when I’ve seen bits of him for Napoli in the CL this season and Georgia in their awful playoff game against Greece.

Yeah, his agent went public to say he was looking for a move & the club got really pissed off so are refusing to sell
But money is money
He is literally carrying the team but he stood out as very impressive against us in the qualifiers

We’re into day 3 of the football journo “Foden Crisis”. Bit bored of it now.
He didn’t get the ball much in the first half and wasn’t great in the second, but who was?
It lookslike they’ve decided its simpler to wang on about him being a conundrum than to look at th multiple issues with the selection and approach to the game.

He was fine. Main reason he didn’t have much impact was because Trippier wasn’t wanting to push as far forward as Walker (understandable) on the other side so there wasn’t the chance to overload on his side. Most important thing was just holding the shape on that side really and he did that.
Fewmin at the lack of 2pm game, this was my first chance to skive off work and watch footy for this tournament, gutted at having to wait another 24 hours
