Had a special dinner scheduled for tonight. Made what I consider to be a properly banging Thai green curry with my own paste. Apparently the rice was underdone, the cauliflower was too crunchy and the sauce was far too spicy, but the flavour was “quite nice”. Just finished her bowl too, fuckin loved it tbf.

Not sad but my shoulder is giving me so much gip. Really bad. Got told by a mate I should lay off the cycling but I don’t think I can. It’s the only thing keeping me sane
