Eventually got keys to the new house. Today has been an ordeal.

All of my stuff is in boxes on top of boxes. Not entirely sure I have clothes for work tomorrow.

Had my Japanese encephalitis and rabies vaccines today so dogs and mosquitos are welcome to bite me now. Still need to get typhoid and hep A. Now in Cardiff for a few days and have brought a colleague with me. Thankfully he’s not as annoying as some of my other colleagues so should be ok.

Here’s one for the vegetarians (or anyone really, it’s that good!)

Our nacho chilli cheese bake is made up of sweet potato, mixed beans, quinoa, roasted mixed vegetables and jalapenos in a mexican style cheese sauce and is topped with a seasoned tortilla chip and mixed cheese crumb topping. How good does that sound?!
