This sounds incredibly stressful, sorry you have to deal with it. You don’t sound like a ridiculous child at all, you sound more grown up than your dad.

However much it might frustrate you, try to be happy for him - just smile and go along with it :+1:

I know!

I texted my sister who summed it up nicely: she’s happy for them but she wishes my dad would be a little more sensitive from time to time in terms of the impact of his actions on others.

How are you finding it?

Good but I’ll keep it in the fridge for the occasional mouthful - no need to be doing shots with it! I think once the summer fruits get in season and I’m going to have another go at making my own liqueurs.

Marty you’re a total hero, lovely guy, funny and compassionate on here! Try not to be too down, I know everybody gets sad and that’s ok but you bring a lot to this place so hold your head high and if all else fails tomorrow is a new day x

I’d send you the Grappa too but I’m pretty sure it’d be better of fuelling your car than being drunk.

Thanks Bam, that really means a great deal.

Ooh. I’ve had grappa before and I’m not sure I’m a fan.

Drank unicum at the weekend.

Ooh that is not great, I think I had that in Budapest.

Yeah it’s an acquired taste. That taste being fire.

Evening DiS .I’m reading ‘Pet Sematary’ in my hotel after work, its good. Tis all.

Are you missing a broth or is it just not as much as in the picture?

Otherwise I am definitely giving this a 9/10 ‘meal that looks like the recipe’ score.
