Spent this morning swimming in a river with my kids and dogs; jumping off a jetty; and playing on a rope swing.

Work this afternoon was a proper struggle. I’m knackered.

Attempting tofu tikka for tea.

Got a bit sun burnt I think

It was so windy that I didn’t notice how hot it was

So I’m skipping my evening walk down to beach

Had Thai, now feel a bit sick. Standard.

Going to “pwn” some “noobs” with Dr Mrs Epimer shortly, then will read and/or hunt monsters until sleep time.

Dinner update: KFC

I feel like I’ve not eaten a proper meal at home for at least a week. Probably won’t for another week either - BBQ tomorrow and then we’re going to my sis-in-laws for the weekend.

Have just had my hair cut to the shortest it’s been in quite a while.
Need to have some food and find a film to watch.

Is that a cure for headaches and feeling rubbish or are you just hoping to get a laugh from the inevitable “I injured myself doing something I haven’t attempted since childhood in a space that wasn’t big enough for it” update?

No, probably just didn’t drink enough water yesterday or something

I absolutely don’t have space for either a handstand or forward roll given my lack of practice so it would definitely hurt

I’m gluten intolerant so I’d rather take my chances with the forward roll
