Can’t find a decent parka jacket/coat anywhere. Looked on asos, boohoo, h&m, newlook - basically all the places i can get student discount and use the voucher my bfs mum got me for my bday.

They all just have really unattractive pockets or too many zips/ strings. OR FAUX FUR HOOD LININGS - ffs what is this? 2002? TBH this is just pure procrastination from doing ay uni work. :frowning:

ordered ‘chips and dips’ at a pub recently. really, really didn’t want them to be tortilla chips (they were normal chips served with two ramekins with garlic mayo and sweet chilli)

  2. thanks i’ll have a browse - i’m just wanting something before it gets too late. i have a navy topshop duffle but its SO HEAVY, like it becomes a chore to think about even wearing it and two really broken-zipped-10-year-old-thin-parka fake-rain-coat-things. :person_with_pouting_face::snowman:

it was the only waterproof-ish parka i could find last year (it’s waxed). all of the other ones were either that weird smooth synthetic material (makes a horrible noise. dunno if anyone knows the one i’m going on about) or canvas. also it was only £30. still fits this year and it’s nicely lined.

Sat in a ACPF#6 meeting https://www.acpfestival.wordpress.com/tickets with @moousee and some other pals and that. @Tilly is MIA unforch :frowning:

Last train journey I made was from Hebden Bridge to Manchester. Funnily enough Tilly & Svenrokk were also coincidentally on the same train, on the way there anyway.

Last podcast was probably a 99pi but a long time ago because I don’t really listen to podcasts all that much.

In the train station on the way to Hebden I was very late and the person I was with was waiting on the train for me and I tried to ask the person in front of me if I could go ahead of them because I was going to miss it. I was fairly sure she was Japanese but in the retelling of this story my friend asked me how I knew she was Japanese and I realised I didn’t know but I did do a Japanese GCSE so I strongly suspected her to be Japanese.

I played football last night and there was some foreign football shirts on show but none that I could place. So I’m going to have to say antpocs this morning in the ‘what are you wearing?’ thread.

I didn’t go out in the end because I’m too depressed, just taking some xanax to mix with the other stuff in my system in the hopes I have a respiratory malfunction or something
On the upside started making a zine about wanting to kill myself, only done the front cover but it’s pretty detailed so far, going to take all week to do issue one and make a website and that but still, something to do.

Rang my Nan earlier to say “Happy Birthday” to her. She sounded delighted. Looking forward to seeing her in two weeks.

Then my mate called over and brought the test pressing of his new album. It sounds fucking amazing. Two LPs, one track per side. Banging.
